Job description
About Trust Bank Singapore
Trust Bank Singapore represents a new generation of banks centered around digital capabilities and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The company fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment where new challenges are tackled daily, influencing the future of banking alongside a talented team.
Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Lead will join the Customer team in Singapore and spearhead all paid acquisition initiatives. This senior role requires managing strategy, ongoing execution, and continuous optimization to maximize efficiency of paid media efforts without undermining organic growth driven by referrals and word-of-mouth that have propelled Trust's user base beyond one million customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall paid acquisition strategy, including budget allocation and long-term planning across channels such as search, paid social, app install campaigns (UAC), programmatic, and affiliate partnerships.
- Own the end-to-end acquisition performance indicators like CAC, conversion rates, activation, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and downstream Lifetime Value (LTV), reporting insights and forecasts to marketing and business leadership.
- Manage a substantial multi-million-dollar annual media budget, reallocating funds dynamically based on channel efficiency and shifting business needs.
- Plan, implement, and optimize consistent and campaign-driven advertising across platforms including Google (Search, UAC, Performance Max), Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic/DSP systems.
- Develop and maintain an aggressive testing approach for creative elements, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to enhance scale and efficiency.
- Provide performance-centric creative briefs, collaborating with internal and agency creative teams to sustain a steady production of content tailored for each advertising channel.
- Manage mobile and web attribution fully, overseeing Mobile Measurement Partner setups (such as AppsFlyer or Adjust), SKAdNetwork (SKAN), App Tracking Transparency (ATT) frameworks, and evolving server-side or first-party tracking as third-party signals diminish.
- Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to produce actionable dashboards and conduct incrementality and holdout testing to distinguish genuine growth from noise.
- Advocate advanced marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution techniques to inform budget allocation across paid, referral, and offline growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with growth and partnerships teams to design paid campaigns that enhance, rather than compete with, the existing referral program and organic growth loops.
- Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of performance marketing specialists, alongside agency partners in media buying, creative production, and analytics.
- Serve as the performance marketing liaison within cross-functional meetings involving Product, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure campaigns comply with MAS advertising standards and internal fair-dealing policies.
Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably leading paid acquisition at consumer app, e-commerce, fintech, or digital-first companies.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of paid social, paid search, and app install campaigns using platforms like Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, managing significant budgets against rigorous efficiency objectives.
- Expertise in mobile attribution technologies and frameworks including AppsFlyer or Adjust, SKAN, ATT, and GA4 within privacy-conscious environments.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools—competent in SQL queries and spreadsheet analysis—to transform campaign and cohort data into clear investment decisions.
- A problem solver capable of both strategic planning for quarters ahead and tactical troubleshooting of campaign or tracking issues.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable discussing ROI with Finance teams and compliance matters with Regulatory bodies, ensuring advertising aligns with banking regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, quantitative disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience in e-commerce or rapidly growing fintech sectors.
- Expertise in designing or scaling growth loops driven by referrals, loyalty, or partnerships alongside paid media efforts.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s media landscape and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) financial promotion regulations.
- Familiarity with Python or scripting languages to automate marketing tasks and reporting.

Trust is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming workplace, valuing diversity in all forms. The company prohibits any discrimination or harassment, embraces equal employment opportunities, and makes recruitment decisions grounded solely on qualifications and business needs.
