Job Overview

Our client, a top FMCG and beverage corporation based in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Storekeeper to join their warehouse operations in Madinah. This role entails managing daily warehouse functions such as incoming goods receipt, storage oversight, stock monitoring, material issuance, inventory management, and precise documentation of warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming supplies by checking materials, documentation, quantities, and storage conditions.
• Coordinate daily receipt operations and keep accurate logs of raw materials within the warehouse and ERP system.
• Enter material data into the ERP, ensuring proper barcode tagging and systematic storage.
• Distribute raw materials to production as per authorized requests following inventory protocols.
• Implement inventory control techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, par levels, and average costing as necessary.
• Oversee warehouse space, raw material condition, and equipment storage standards.
• Conduct periodic stock verifications monthly, reconciling physical stock against ERP records.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate warehouse documentation and transactional records.
• Assist with stock control operations and promptly report discrepancies or material concerns.
• Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental policies throughout warehouse tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or similar.
• Between 1 to 3 years experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles; fresh graduates may apply.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is advantageous.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous record maintenance.
• Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English and Urdu for communication.
• Able to operate efficiently in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.

Preferred Profile

Applicants with backgrounds in FMCG, food and beverage sectors, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or handling raw materials will have an edge.

The position is based in the Madinah Industrial Area, Saudi Arabia.
