Job description
Role Overview
As a Store Team Member at Woolworths Group, you will be the welcoming face of the store, providing friendly service to customers while supporting the smooth operation of daily store activities. You will engage in diverse tasks ranging from stocking shelves, displaying fresh produce, to fulfilling online orders and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.
Work Schedule
Your roster for this role is Monday through Saturday, starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and acknowledge customers, showing care and appreciation as they shop.
- Strictly adhere to Woolworths' policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment by identifying and reporting hazards.
- Provide helpful assistance by answering customer inquiries and guiding them to desired products.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized to facilitate a convenient and efficient shopping journey.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for online customers, ensuring their needs are met.
