Store Operator - Waharoa - 8 Month Fixed Term Contract

Overview

GrainCorp Feeds, a national supplier of high-quality animal feed based in Hamilton, New Zealand, is seeking a Store Operator for an eight-month fixed term appointment at its Waharoa location. The company caters directly to both corporate and farming clients, offering liquid and dry feeds designed to boost production, reproduction, and profit on farms.

Role Responsibilities

• Handling bagging and stacking of pallets
• Loading and relocating palletised inventory

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a current forklift licence including F and W endorsements
• Experience in warehousing or logistics environments
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Physically able to lift loads up to 20 kilograms
• Strong focus on adhering to safety protocols

Working Hours and Conditions

This is a full-time role, primarily Monday to Friday from 6am to 5pm. From August to February, extended and flexible working hours will be scheduled to meet customer demand.
