Store Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations at our Bangalore locations including Kaggdaspura, Indiranagar, Sarjapur, and Harlur. The ideal candidate will manage all daily store activities to ensure seamless functioning and uphold food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities to maintain efficient operations.
• Lead, develop, and guide the store staff effectively.
• Boost sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive profitability.
• Maintain stringent food quality and hygiene standards as well as safety compliance.
• Oversee inventory management, control wastage, and monitor store expenses.
• Address customer issues promptly to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Possess 4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle teams effectively in a similar environment.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges between 35,000 and 40,000 INR.
