Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily store activities to guarantee efficient shift management and operational excellence. This role involves leading and inspiring the store team to maintain high standards of service and uphold organizational policies.

Key Duties

• Manage all aspects of store operations on a daily basis ensuring seamless shift performance.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the store staff throughout the shift period.
• Maintain stringent hygiene, food quality, and safety protocols to comply with standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality consistently.
• Monitor sales figures and operational metrics, working towards achieving set targets.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
• Handle proper cash management and ensure accurate closure of the shift's financials.
• Supervise employee attendance, personal grooming, and discipline standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
• Address customer grievances and operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to support daily operational and business needs.
• Provide training and backing to team members, promoting better performance and productivity.
• Guarantee a consistent, energetic, and quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience for customers.
