About the Role

Join the vibrant Skechers team at our Wilton location as a Store Manager and play a key role in the growth of our retail presence across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Since 2010, we've expanded to 26 locations, and we're on the lookout for a motivated leader ready to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and energize the team by embodying company values and fostering a positive atmosphere centered around our product, personnel, and customers.
• Analyze local market potential to collaborate with senior management on customized product offerings, visual displays, and marketing plans that engage the community.
• Maintain consistent high-level communication daily to ensure the team remains aligned and inspired.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and encourage upselling opportunities throughout the store.
• Promote innovation and continuous training, utilizing cross-training techniques tailored to individual learning needs to sustain productivity.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and inform strategic planning.
• Leverage technology and data analysis to monitor sales trends and enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain a dynamic sales culture through frequent performance reviews, clear guidance, and motivation.
• Ensure full compliance with legal standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Manage staffing budgets effectively by optimizing personnel levels and scheduling.
• Work closely with Human Resources on grievance and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven management experience in retail or relevant sectors.
• Strong multitasking skills with expert time management and prioritization abilities.
• Competence in interviewing, hiring, and evaluating employees.
• Physical ability to perform a variety of tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting merchandise.
• Demonstrated leadership quality and a commitment to embodying the Skechers brand spirit.
• Energetic, passionate attitude with a strong sense of empathy toward customers and colleagues.
