Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store opening and closing procedures with professionalism.
• Deliver a high-quality branded customer experience, overseeing sales, merchandising, and general store operations.
• Maintain vigilant store security to protect assets and customers.
• Assist customers in selecting shoes and various accessories.
• Motivate and support the cashier team during busy periods.
• Collaborate with team members to exceed sales objectives.
• Drive promotion of accessories and apparel alongside footwear.
• Analyze and implement strategies to enhance store performance and increase sales.
• Ensure attractive and effective product merchandising throughout the store.
