Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and energize the team by advocating company goals and embodying the Skechers mission daily.
• Analyze local market opportunities and collaborate with senior management to develop customized product offerings, marketing, and visual merchandising strategies suited to the regional audience.
• Facilitate daily high-level communication within the team to align objectives and inspire collective achievement.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional, genuine customer service and maximize upselling potential.
• Innovate continually by training and cross-training staff, adapting techniques to individual learning styles to sustain productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
• Leverage technology to evaluate data, monitor sales trends, and drive future planning for operational efficiency.
• Foster a dynamic sales and performance-driven environment through regular reviews, clear guidance, and supportive encouragement.
• Ensure full compliance with legal standards, store policies, and procedures to maintain operational excellence.

• Proven experience in management roles is essential.
• Excellent multitasking skills with strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
• Experienced in interviewing, hiring, and evaluating employees.
• Physically able to perform all floor duties including reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and handling goods.
