Key Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed retail targets including total sales, units per transaction, and total products sold.
• Serve as the expert on footwear, passionately representing our shoe collections and striving for departmental success.
• Maintain and embody the Skechers brand standards and style by adhering to training protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance each shopper's experience.
• Effectively upsell footwear accessories and apparel to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay well-informed about product details and educate customers accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with back-of-house teams and management to ensure customers find their perfect fit.
• Share product knowledge with fellow sales team members to enrich the shopping environment.
• Engage customers in ways that foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to drive sales and ease in delivery management.
• Create appealing product displays that highlight footwear attractively in line with company visual standards.
• Be a prominent presence on the sales floor, especially during peak business hours.
• Demonstrate flexibility in physical tasks ranging from reaching high shelves to bending low to meet any store requirement.
