Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle within the store
• Build and lead a team focused on outstanding customer service
• Drive sales growth and consistently hit store and department KPI goals
• Coordinate the launch of catalogue marketing campaigns
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
• Oversee daily stock recovery and replenishment processes
• Implement initiatives to uphold stock accuracy and improve profits by department
• Handle high-volume stock management and logistics efficiently

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail store management is highly desired
• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities
• Proficient in visual merchandising and event or activity setup
• Physically fit to manage substantial stock volumes and maintain operational pace
• Possess an ownership mindset towards store operations
• Enthusiastic and motivating leadership style
• Demonstrate resilience and innovation when solving problems
• Ability to analyze reports such as sales figures, top products, and profit & loss statements and take appropriate actions
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable with IT systems
• First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to undergo fully funded training
