Key Responsibilities

• Managing all stages of the employee life cycle
• Building and leading a team focused on delivering outstanding customer service
• Driving sales growth and ensuring department and store KPIs are met
• Implementing catalogue campaign launches
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and enhancing store presentation
• Overseeing daily stock recovery and replenishment
• Executing stock integrity initiatives to boost department profitability
• Handling large volume stock management and movement efficiently

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail store management is preferred
• Strong time management and ability to multitask effectively
• Experience with visual merchandising and event/activity setup
• Physically capable of handling large stock volumes and maintaining operational pace
• Demonstrates an owner’s mentality towards store management
• Passionate leader who motivates and inspires the team
• Resilient, creative problem-solving skills
• Competent in interpreting and acting on sales reports, top sellers, and profit & loss statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient with IT systems relevant to retail
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (fully funded by the company)
