Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team of staff members effectively.
• Promptly receive incoming stock shipments and replenish store inventory.
• Assist with visual merchandising to enhance product presentation.
• Manage and coordinate daily stock inventory activities accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational support across various departments as required.

Candidate Profile

• Experience handling high volumes of stock receiving is essential.
• Proven ability to supervise small teams in a back dock or similar environment.
• Hardworking and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Strong multitasking skills paired with clear and effective communication.
• Capable of forward planning and setting achievable goals.
• Demonstrates initiative to drive positive business results.
• Excellent time management, delegation, and follow-up capabilities.
• Physical requirements include ability to lift more than 15kg, bend frequently, and safely use ladders without restrictions.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 1pm and 9pm.
