Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations to ensure excellent food production, superior guest service, and effective management of crew and other managers.
• Oversee all People processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
