About the Role
Join the team as a Shift Manager, leading daily shifts to ensure customers receive quick, precise, and friendly service. This position involves providing leadership to crew members and fellow managers, maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across the restaurant. You will plan and oversee shifts, monitor team performance, address issues proactively, and ensure safety, security, and profitability. Your role also includes handing over shift details to the next manager to sustain continuity and assist in meeting departmental targets.
