Job Overview
As a Store Manager at our Warringah location, you will be responsible for managing the entire retail customer experience. Your role involves maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and commercial performance aligned with global directives while adapting them to the local market conditions. Driving store success and embodying company values are essential aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your store team to deliver excellent customer service and effectively promote and sell our product range.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of your store’s strengths, opportunities for improvement, local competitors, and customer demands.
- Analyze sales data to set objectives and devise strategies aimed at optimizing profitability, sales results, and inventory control.
- Efficiently manage store scheduling and upkeep, ensuring alignment with sales targets and commercial priorities.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding processes, and continuous development of your team while fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
- Stay abreast of evolving fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to keep the store competitive.
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions to uphold a positive image.
Collaboration and Teamwork
You will be part of a vibrant store team comprising Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, and others—all contributing to crafting a warm and inspiring shopping environment. Cooperation with the broader Area team will be fundamental to sharing knowledge and advancing collective goals.

- Demonstrated experience in retail management and operational oversight.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, team development, and embodying organizational culture and values.
- Proven ability to utilize customer-centric reporting tools and sales performance analysis.
- Experienced in sales planning, performance tracking, and follow-up actions.
- Confident, motivational leader who inspires and develops teams with integrity.

- Analytical thinker with solid numerical and communication skills.
