Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, 4 or more years of US Military service.
• Strong organizational capabilities paired with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience in a sales-driven setting.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members with professional maturity.
• High School diploma or GED at minimum.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time hours exceeding 40 per week, including variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
