Position Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager responsible for daily personnel and store management under the guidance of a coordinator. Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing orders, bank deposits, personnel administration including interviews, hiring and training, as well as financial reporting.

Key Duties

• Deliver excellent customer service, fostering lasting relationships with clients and representatives.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising and planogram standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe, motivating work environment.
• Ensure food products are available and prepare/cook food following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Keep the store, equipment, and food sections organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in personnel management or retail trade.
• Strong human resources management abilities.
• Capability to motivate, manage, and coach a work team.
• Ability to respond to emergencies as required.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and regularly lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 12 kg (25 lbs) without assistance.
• Mandatory French language proficiency per Quebec language law.

Working Conditions

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $45,500 to $60,000 annually depending on experience, plus bonuses and employee benefits.
