Store Manager - Victoriaville, Quebec

Role Overview

Located at 9 Rue des Roses, Victoriaville, Quebec, this role is for a Store Manager responsible for daily management of the store and personnel under the supervision of the coordinator. This includes coaching, handling orders, banking, staff management, financial reporting, interviews, hiring, and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build enduring relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Implement marketing plans and maintain store layout compliance.
• Ensure cleanliness and a safe, motivating working environment within the store.
• Maintain food product availability and carry out food preparation and cooking in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep the store, equipment, and food section tidy, organized, and visually appealing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum six months of experience in personnel management or retail trade.
• Strong skills in human resource management.
• Ability to motivate, manage, and coach a team effectively.
• Availability to respond to emergencies if necessary.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and regularly lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 12 kg (25 lbs) unassisted.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory due to provincial language laws.

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary ranges from $45,500 to $60,000, depending on experience. Additional incentives include a retention bonus of $10,000 (subject to change), performance bonuses, and comprehensive social benefits.

Working Hours and Environment
