Position Overview

We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations under the supervision of a coordinator. Responsibilities include managing personnel, handling banking and financial reports, controlling inventory and orders, conducting interviews and training staff, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store personnel to maintain high performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure correct merchandising and adherence to the planogram.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store environment.
• Monitor the availability of food products and other merchandise.
• Prepare and cook food following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Keep the store, equipment, and food sections clean, organized, and attractive.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in personnel management or retail operations.
• Strong abilities in human resource management and team coaching.
• Capable of mobilizing and supervising a working team effectively.
• Availability to respond to emergencies as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry merchandise often, up to 12 kg (25 lbs), sometimes without assistance.
• Fluency in French is mandatory in compliance with Quebec language laws.

Additional Information

Schedule: Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $45,500 to $60,000 annually based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
