Store Manager

Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for steering your team towards achieving sales and service targets while continuously seeking ways to enhance store operations. This role requires a strategic, organized, and collaborative leader who is proactive, with a strong sense of style and clear, straightforward communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a professional store team to meet company objectives and progressively improve individual performances.
• Work closely with training departments to cultivate a high-standard team.
• Set clear weekly and monthly goals for your team.
• Ensure employees maintain a professional appearance in line with company policies and deliver exceptional customer service aimed at maximizing sales and providing a personalized customer experience.
• Recruit skilled professionals and actively network within the market to elevate team quality.
• Manage the store's profit and loss reports alongside budget responsibilities including salaries, expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate with support departments to optimize resource use.
• Collaborate with Human Resources regarding company policies, procedures, and staff development plans.

Candidate Profile

• Outstanding customer service and client engagement skills.
• At least 5 years experience managing high-volume retail locations with teams of over 50 employees, or multi-location management experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
