About the Role
Join Supercheap Auto Noosa as a Store Manager where you will lead a dedicated team of eight, overseeing sales performance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. This role offers the perfect balance of career development and lifestyle in the beautiful Noosa region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting the example in customer service and operational excellence.
- Ensure smooth store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and performance tracking.
- Champion workplace health and safety by enforcing WHS compliance and fostering a secure working environment.
- Drive sales growth and cultivate an environment that encourages outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven management experience with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated operational knowledge in areas such as stock control, loss prevention, and merchandising.
- Desire to learn and grow within the automotive retail sector; mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and adherence to health and safety standards.
