Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in driving the store’s sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and store presentation.
• Develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and engaging work atmosphere.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, promoting a safe environment for all staff and customers.

Key Requirements

• Previous retail management or leadership experience with strong customer service capabilities.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and grow team members effectively.
• Keen interest in automotive retail and willingness to expand knowledge in this area.
• Operational expertise related to merchandising, stock administration, and loss prevention.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with WHS protocols.
