Role Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maximizing sales outcomes and maintaining smooth store operations.
• Create and maintain a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere.
• Lead by example to inspire and develop a motivated, high-performing team committed to excellent customer service.
• Oversee visual merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, and performance reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Previous retail management or leadership experience exhibiting strong people management and customer service excellence.
• Ability to energize and lead teams toward achieving business objectives.
• An eagerness to learn all facets of automotive retail, contributing enthusiasm and dedication.
• Operational proficiency in merchandising, stock handling, loss mitigation, and sales analysis.
• A commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential; diverse backgrounds are welcomed.
