Role Responsibilities
- Lead the store to maximize sales while maintaining smooth operational processes.
- Foster and sustain a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.
- Oversee visual merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements and Preferences
