Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3 years managing retail or customer service operations.
• Proven expertise in organizing, interpersonal communication, and resolving challenges efficiently.
• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with experience in sales-oriented settings.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop team members professionally.
• At least a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Additional Requirements

• Legal proof of identity and authorization to work in the country of application.
• Willingness to work full-time hours, often exceeding 40 hours per week, including flexible shifts with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position typically ranges between CAD 57,300 and CAD 76,050 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Eligible employees may receive bonuses and stock grants recognizing their contributions and impact.
