Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager based in Rowville to support our ongoing success in delivering top-tier service and operational excellence. This leadership position involves overseeing daily store activities and collaborating with the management team to achieve exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

The Store Manager's duties encompass customer sales, service provision, administrative functions, and maintenance of the facility. This role presents avenues for personal development across these operational areas.

Working Hours

The position requires 38 hours weekly, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Store operating hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays. Flexibility in schedule is sometimes necessary.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is advantageous.
