Role Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Motivate and manage a small, diverse team of employees to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Drive in-store sales and conduct staff training to enhance team performance.
• Manage visual merchandising, inventory control, health and safety compliance, store security, and basic financial reporting duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven leadership experience preferably within retail or customer service settings.
• Confidence in handling a variety of personalities and team dynamics effectively.
• Strong skills in coaching, motivating, and inspiring a team.
• Experience or interest in outdoor activities or travel is desirable, though prior experience with outdoor apparel or gear is not mandatory.
