You'll take the lead of a team of over 10 members, motivate outstanding customer service, drive key performance indicators, ensure a safe work environment, and celebrate team achievements. All this with the support of a dedicated Store Manager passionate about nurturing future leaders.

Role Expectations and Candidate Profile

• Assist the Store Manager in maximizing sales performance, smooth store operations, and cultivating an engaging store atmosphere.
• Prefer candidates with management or supervisory experience who model exemplary customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, train, and guide a sales floor team to meet targets.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock management, health and safety, and store security is valued.
• A passion for outdoor activities or travel is preferred though not mandatory.
