Role Overview
As a General Manager, you will oversee all operational facets of the shop including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management, ensuring smooth and efficient daily functioning. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability via effective cost controls, upselling techniques, and promotional activities. Cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture by coaching and developing staff is fundamental. Compliance with company policies and health and safety standards must be rigorously maintained, along with adept handling of customer feedback with empathy.
Financial and Collaborative Responsibilities
You will analyze financial documents such as profit & loss statements and budgets to spot improvement opportunities. Close cooperation with marketing, supply chain, and other departments will support goal achievement.

- Starting salary of £40,338
- Quarterly bonus: 20%
