Team Member Role Overview

As a Team Member working the night shift, you will be an integral part of delivering the Pret experience by offering friendly service on the shop floor and preparing fresh food with enthusiasm and care. Your role will contribute to a positive, warm environment focused on passion for products, customers, and teamwork.

• No prior experience required, as comprehensive training is provided to deliver outstanding customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay of £15.25 per hour.
• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus following training completion.
• Earn a further £5 per hour for shifts beginning between 3 am and 5 am after initial training.
• 28 days of annual leave (pro-rated for part-time roles).
