Role Overview

As a Barista, you will be a crucial team member passionate about brewing exceptional coffee. You will handcraft and serve all beverages with attention to detail, including iced options. Comprehensive training lasting several weeks ensures you develop the skills, speed, and confidence to create the perfect organic coffee that Pret is known for.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly pay ranging between £13.15 and £13.45.
• A Mystery Shopper bonus of an additional £1.25 per hour awarded after training completion.
• An extra £5 per hour for shifts starting between 3-5am post-initial training.
