Role Overview

As a Team Member, you will be an essential part of the shop floor, engaging with customers and preparing fresh food in the kitchen. The role centers on delivering a warm, friendly experience driven by passion for the products, customers, and the team.

• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay of £12.80 per hour.
• Post-training £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus.
• Additional £5 per hour for shifts starting between 3-5 am after initial training.
• 28 days of annual leave (pro-rated for part-time).
