Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Turramurra store. This hands-on leadership position involves fostering a high-achieving team, cultivating exceptional customer interactions, and positively impacting the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire, manage, and develop a motivated team focused on delivering top-quality customer experiences.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the community to support overall store success.
• Manage store operations, monitor sales performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and continuous support to empower team members.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture centered on customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Lead by example to set high standards across service delivery and store operations.
• Support business growth by exhibiting flexibility and readiness to assist across multiple store locations as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated success as a Store Manager or retail leadership role, with proven ability to drive team and store achievements.
• Strong leadership aptitude with skills in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Genuine enthusiasm for retail and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
• A proactive, hands-on approach paired with dedication to operational excellence.
• Flexibility to work varied retail shifts, including weekends and changing trading hours.
• Capability to perform well in a dynamic environment while nurturing team culture and community engagement.
