Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Hype DC store at Hurstville with a clear focus on executing the brand's vision and achieving operational success.
  • Build and nurture a high-performance, people-centric culture within the store environment.
  • Create memorable experiences for customers and internal team members alike.
  • Collaborate closely with Area and State Managers while leading the in-store team to drive sales growth and deliver results.
  • Spend approximately 80% of the week engaging directly on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and provide ongoing feedback to store employees to uplift performance.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for store staff.
  • Ensure a seamless omni-channel retail experience for consumers.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking best in class.
  • Contribute to a positive and safe working environment for both customers and staff.

Candidate Profile
