About the Role

Join Pillow Talk Australia as a Store Manager at our Greensborough location, where you'll be a key leader driving operational excellence and sales growth. You'll work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to guide team performance, develop action plans to maximize store potential, and create a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Acting as a brand ambassador, you'll ensure exceptional customer experiences and foster a positive workplace culture focused on engagement and sustainable revenue development.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead store operations and team performance with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Regularly analyze store and individual team member results to devise and implement strategies enhancing business outcomes.
• Represent and promote the brand by delivering tailored customer interactions and inspiring the team to communicate the brand story effectively.
• Coach and empower staff to align their work with the company's strategic goals, cultivating brand loyalty and passion.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in leading teams within busy, customer-focused retail settings.
• Strong track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets consistently.
• Excellent inventory management skills and operational flexibility.
• Fashion-savvy with expertise in visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Skilled in consultative selling and capable of training others in these techniques.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of implementing successful store trade improvements.
• Experience working in high-volume, large-format retail environments.
• Ability to delegate effectively to maximize team productivity.

Benefits and Work Conditions

• Annual salary of $71,000 plus superannuation with additional monthly performance bonuses.
• Work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
