About the Role
Based in Pearse Street, Ballina, this permanent Store Manager role involves working 38.75 hours per week. The salary can be up to 1,091 per annum, based on experience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences each day.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and wellbeing through coaching and training programs, including completing Qualified to Advise certification.
- Manage commercial outcomes by overseeing sales, profitability, payroll, and driving operational excellence.
- Ensure proper stock levels, visual merchandising, and uphold compliance and health and safety standards throughout the store.
- Advocate and implement technology to streamline operations and improve customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and peers to share best practices and contribute to regional success.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in retail leadership and store management.
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams for high performance.
- Commercial awareness with confidence in handling budgets, sales performance, and prioritizing business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness, paired with a willingness to continually build knowledge and expertise.
