Job description

Position Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations including visual merchandising, performance management, recruitment and training of staff, scheduling, and inventory control. They ensure all company policies and best practices are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all store functions and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop team members to meet performance goals.
  • Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and handling daily shipments including unpacking and packaging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain and enforce visual presentation standards.
  • Ensure store safety and cleanliness at all times.
  • Handle cash procedures and open/close duties as required.
  • Provide performance feedback and delegate daily tasks effectively.
  • Carry out managerial duties including break and attendance monitoring.
  • Take charge of hiring and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least two years of retail experience.
  • Minimum two years managing a team.
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
