Store Manager Designate

Overview

We are seeking a passionate Store Manager Designate who is eager to lead retail operations and uphold exceptional standards across multiple store locations. This role involves dynamic travel to various stores, with shifts spanning mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The position offers a competitive annual salary of A335,350, complemented by an attractive bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of operational standards and follow audit procedures rigorously.
• Ensure customer service and sales performance remain exemplary within each store.
• Provide support to neighboring stores as business needs arise, acting as a regional ambassador.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years in retail management roles.
• Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel regularly between stores.
• Ability to prosper in a fast-moving, rewarding retail environment.

Additional Information
