About the Role
If you have a passion for retail and want to work in an engaging environment, this Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant position is an excellent opportunity. At Savers Health Home & Beauty, each day brings something new, and we are looking for a motivated individual with a positive "can-do" spirit who enjoys contributing as part of a team. Your main goal will be to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring shoppers leave happy and the store maintains outstanding presentation standards. You will also be encouraged to connect with the local community and provide the best deals our high street has to offer.
Training and Development
Your 12-month apprenticeship training will be conducted directly in the store, with no college attendance or homework involved. At the conclusion of this period, you will participate in a discussion about your experiences and undergo an observation of your role performance. Continuous support from your team and tutor will help you achieve your Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Eligibility Criteria
- Achieved a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths; or Scotland National 4's
- Not currently enrolled in any form of education and available for full-time work shifts
- No prior Retail Apprenticeship completed
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must be new to the retail sector
