Position Overview
This role, titled Active Stylist, goes beyond traditional retail sales. It focuses on connecting with customers by providing personalized styling advice for activewear purchases, ensuring every woman feels her best. Retail experience is beneficial, particularly in customer service and achieving sales targets, but energy, attitude, and a sincere interest in people are the primary qualities sought. Flexibility is essential as shifts may occur across all seven days, including late evenings and peak sales periods.
Key Duties
- Offer personalized styling and exceptional service that empowers customer confidence
- Develop authentic relationships with customers, leveraging deep product knowledge to guide selections and promote additional sales
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining excellent store presentation
- Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity to every working shift
