Role Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant at our Helensvale location, a role we refer to as an Active Stylist. This position goes beyond typical sales duties; it's centered on building authentic connections with customers and providing expert styling advice to help them find Activewear that boosts their confidence and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling and exceptional customer service to ensure every client feels confident.
- Establish genuine relationships with customers, utilizing strong knowledge of products to recommend and upsell effectively.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators for the store.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock, and ensuring the store's presentation is exemplary.
- Approach every shift with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity.
About You
The ideal candidate is an engaging, energetic individual who enjoys working on the sales floor. Previous retail experience is beneficial to understand customer service dynamics and sales goals, though what matters most is an upbeat attitude, genuine interest in people, and flexibility to work across various shifts including evenings and weekends.
