The Opportunity
We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant, known internally as an Active Stylist, to join our Mackay store team. This role goes beyond typical sales duties; it involves connecting personally with customers, providing expert styling advice on activewear, and helping each customer feel confident and supported in their choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored styling guidance and exceptional service to ensure every customer feels confident and valued.
- Develop sincere customer relationships by leveraging in-depth product knowledge to recommend and upsell products effectively.
- Drive sales performance and contribute towards achieving store KPIs and sales objectives.
- Assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock, and ensuring store presentation meets company guidelines.
- Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity to every work shift.
