Key Duties

As a Sales Assistant, you will enthusiastically promote exquisite diamonds, jewelry, and watches by crafting memorable experiences for each customer. This involves understanding every product thoroughly and recognizing what differentiates them. You'll attentively listen to customers, grasp their desires and budgets, and assist them in selecting the ideal piece for their special occasion. The role demands dedication to learning about the brand and responsibilities, with an expectation of accountability and strong work ethic.

Candidate Profile

The perfect candidate demonstrates a committed customer-focused mindset and readily collaborates with like-minded colleagues valuing outstanding service. Honesty and strong listening skills are crucial to understanding customer needs and elevating ordinary moments into remarkable ones. While prior merchandising skills are advantageous to enhance presentation capabilities, training will be provided. A keen attention to detail and a strong dedication to effort are essential qualities.
