Job description
Role Overview
If you have a passion for retail and want to join a supportive team, this Apprentice Sales Assistant position is ideal. Your days will vary, offering you opportunities to engage with customers and your team while upholding high store standards. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming store environment and becoming a valued community connection, delivering great deals to customers.
Training and Development
Your apprenticeship training will be conducted entirely on-site during the first 12 months—no college attendance or homework required. Upon completing this training period, you will undergo a review based on your experiences and on-site performance. Continuous support will be provided from your team and tutor to help you achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must possess at least grade 4/C GCSE-equivalent qualifications in English and Maths (National 4 qualifications accepted in Scotland)
- Should not currently be engaged in any other educational program and be available to work full-time hours
- No previous completion of a Retail Apprenticeship
- Eligible to work legally in the United Kingdom
- Must be new to the retail sector
