Key Responsibilities

Every day presents new challenges, and as an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you will engage in tasks to ensure customers leave happy and stores remain visually appealing. You will become an integral member of the store team, building connections in the local community and offering competitive deals to customers.

Training and Development

Your formal training primarily occurs on the job during the first twelve months, eliminating the need for attending college or completing homework. At the completion of this apprenticeship period, your knowledge and performance will be assessed through discussions and observations, supported continuously by your team and tutor as you work toward achieving a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4 in Scotland accepted)
• Not currently enrolled in any education program and available for full-time work
• No prior completion of a retail apprenticeship
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
• Newcomers to retail are welcome
