About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations at Lenskart, ensuring smooth functionality, fostering a motivated team, and providing customers with an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions to guarantee efficient operations.
• Drive and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Lead and inspire the store team to meet both individual and collective goals.
• Track team performance, giving ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns, queries, and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Manage inventory accurately, ensuring sufficient stock availability.
• Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with Lenskart’s brand standards.
• Monitor key business indicators including sales, conversion rates, average transaction values, and customer experience metrics.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill operational and business objectives.
• Support and facilitate new initiatives, promotional campaigns, and other commercial activities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or store operations.
• Prior team management experience with proven success in meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Adept at working in performance-driven retail settings.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in well-known retail brands.
