Job Overview

We invite motivated, customer-oriented, and energetic individuals to become part of our retail team as Sales Associates. The role focuses on offering superb shopping experiences, meeting sales objectives, and maintaining high store standards.

Primary Duties

• Greet customers and comprehend their eyewear needs.
• Advise customers on appropriate frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories fitting their requirements.
• Ensure an outstanding and seamless customer purchasing journey.
• Consistently fulfill personal and store sales goals.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, membership benefits, and additional products.
• Accurately manage billing and point-of-sale transactions.
• Uphold visual merchandising and store tidiness following company policies.
• Support inventory control including stock refills and audits.
• Professionally answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Comply with company protocols, SOPs, and operational standards.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Minimum education: Completion of Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.
• Proficient communication skills in Malayalam are mandatory, with basic English communication favored.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
