Store Manager

About the Role

Panda Express is seeking skilled leaders to join our store management team, committed to the growth and development of our associates. We provide paid leadership training, mentorship, and supportive resources to help you thrive. As a Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of one store's operations including hiring, management, meeting financial targets, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily store operation independently.
• Recruit, direct, and oversee store associates to meet business goals.
• Maintain a safe and inviting environment for both guests and staff within an open kitchen setting.

Training and Compliance

An eight-week or longer paid leadership training program will prepare you for success in this role. You must adhere to all company policies with strong integrity and ethics.

Additional Information

Pay Range

The position offers $32 to $35 per hour, with individual pay based on location and experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and may change at any time.
