Panda Express, a leading family-owned American Chinese restaurant brand, is seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team located in Lewis Center, OH. Key Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a single restaurant. This involves managing staffing processes such as hiring and directing team members to meet financial targets while guaranteeing outstanding guest experiences. You are empowered to drive the store's performance and success.

Training and Development

To prepare you thoroughly, an eight-week (or longer) structured store leadership training program is included, providing comprehensive support and hands-on experience.

Desired Qualifications and Work Conditions

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current residence
• Availability for varied work shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
• Current Serve Safe certification in food safety practices
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods (up to 4 hours), lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat and noise
• Comfortable using specialized kitchen tools and adapting to a dynamic workplace that includes frequent interaction with others and conflict resolution
